By commissioning me, you've read and fully agree to these terms.

I will reject any request that I feel uncomfortable drawing.
these terms may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.
prices may slightly increase based on complexity.payment is due in full upfront unless you are requesting a large commission. this can be discussed.
payment is done through paypal or cashapp in USD.
a rush fee will be charged for deadlines.i will send a sketch for approval before completion. i will accept revisions at this stage.
i will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completion.

I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.The final product is for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
You must credit me when sharing or using the commissioned work.For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me. the commercial fee can be discussed, with 1.5x being the minimum increase.
credit is still required with commercial use.

you may use my art for the following:

  • Print the work for personal use.

  • Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.

  • Use the artwork as reference for a study.

  • Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.

you may not use my art for the following:

  • Claim the artwork as yours.

  • Remove my watermark/signature.

  • Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.

  • Color in my sketches or lineart.

  • Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.

  • Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.

Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
You may cancel the commission if I have not completed your commission in 2 months following payment.I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.
